I honestly believe that we have the best landlord ever! When my friends tell me about their landlords who don't fix their apartment issues in a timely manner, I tell them how great George and Jerry are at Hoyt apartments! Our parking lot and buildings are extremely well lit at night, the sidewalks and parking lot are meticulously shoveled, plowed, and salted so we don't slip and fall on the ice and snow, and any problems inside our apartments are resolved VERY quickly!
