I had an emergency leak after a cistern replacement and subsequent filling at my house. Ted immediately took charge of the situation and diverted a catastrophe, can’t thank him enough !
We had an issue with our kitchen sink and the first plumber we called told us we had to replace the faucets and tap. Ted managed to figure out the issue over the phone without replacing anything. Saved us hundreds of dollars!
We were able to book a time within a few days of calling. Had a galvanized line replacement with PEX, an old copper line removed and a new hose bib installed. Great communication and checking in as the work was being done. Very clean work and efficient with a very reasonable invoice. Awesome to work with, will definitely call again for future work.
Can't say enough GREAT things about this plumber. Ted plumbed our entire restaurant and he did it with professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. Everything he did was explained to me in ways I could understand which as a new restaurant owner is crucial to my success in the long term. We also had an emergency and he was there within 20 minutes and the problem was fixed in 10 minutes after that. Amazing service. Thanks!
