My family and I enjoyed Beatrice and the spacious park. Owner is very nice and helpful.

One of my favorite parks to camp in. Will go back again and again!
It was a great place to live until people came in from Arkansas, and made up stories to hoyle and got us kicked out. There is no pool there. Kids can't play in the water at all. Hoyle and all the rich people want all sex offenders and criminals out of the park even if they lived there the longest which is wrong and disrespectful. There is people who have lived here for years and these new people come and beg and lie to push everyone out. Also they are taking the mobile houses out and the sheds and the swing set.
