ZERO stars for the male who is part of reception staff. Exceptionally disgusting and derogatory phone manner. No compassion or consideration to reschedule when circumstances are out of one's control. Suggested the public system would be better. Hopefully no one else ever has the misfortune to have to deal with him.
I have recently been privileged to be cared for by Dr.Hoyle during a bladder/prostate operation.Her concise reassuring communication before and after surgery helped me deal with my anxiety,and her specialist surgical skills,resulted in a very beneficial outcome.Best thanks to Dr.Hoyle and staff.Paul Smith Pelican Waters.
