Avoid avoid avoid. My husband was advised to 'wait and see' as his cancer was 'benign'. We went to another urologist who advised that the biopsy previously undertaken did not cover the entire prostate and that Dr Hoyle was 'looking in the wrong place'. My husband's prostate cancer had spread to 3/4 of his prostate and was about to metastasize into his bladder - she had missed that the cancer was at the top of his prostate and not the bottom where she had performed the biopsy. ZERO stars for the male who is part of reception staff. Exceptionally disgusting and derogatory phone manner. No compassion or consideration to reschedule when circumstances are out of one's control. Suggested the public system would be better. Hopefully no one else ever has the misfortune to have to deal with him.
I have recently been privileged to be cared for by Dr.Hoyle during a bladder/prostate operation.Her concise reassuring communication before and after surgery helped me deal with my anxiety,and her specialist surgical skills,resulted in a very beneficial outcome.Best thanks to Dr.Hoyle and staff.Paul Smith Pelican Waters.
