I have been under Dr Kirsten Hoyle's care since being diagnosed with bladder cancer in July 2025. From my very first visit, at a hugely stressful and emotional time, I felt complete trust and confidence in her. She explained everything so clearly and calmly, which made an enormous difference. Avoid avoid avoid. My husband was advised to 'wait and see' as his cancer was 'benign'. We went to another urologist who advised that the biopsy previously undertaken did not cover the entire prostate and that Dr Hoyle was 'looking in the wrong place'. My husband's prostate cancer had spread to 3/4 of his prostate and was about to metastasize into his bladder - she had missed that the cancer was at the top of his prostate and not the bottom where she had performed the biopsy.
