Was extremely rude to me on the phone after I was trying to get my car out of the Gipps street carpark. Been crying ever since. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour to blame me when there was no signage to say what time I would be locked in. They didn't even tell me if they could help me or not. Awful experience.
