Absolutely brilliant! I have sensitive/ inflamed gums so a visit to the hygienist is seriously terrifying. M. was adept careful and reassuring and didn’t cause me any pain. I’ve had many positive visits to Hoylake Dental Practice ,the staff are always welcoming and professional. The practice is well maintained and very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. Ranu was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything, answering all of my questions with patience and care. Awful place I rang in November 2024 for an appointment I was told they will ring in 2025 and they haven't I would recommend going elsewhere
I was a patient of Mr. Patel beginning in 2017. I enjoyed a very good relationship with him and staff until he retired. Since his retirement this has not been the case a nd I have noticed a marked deterioration all- round in the speed of check-ups and the immediate recourse to outlining charges for services which were once don0e under the NHS for example a £50 charge for "an appointment" with a dental hygienist, presumably for a scale and polish which was previously undertaken under the NHS and by the dentist.
