Beware. They overcharge. The service and product I received was poor. It cost me $931.50 for a simple demand letter that I could not use. The original charge was over $1,500. Including three hours at $390/hr for their staff to conference with the attorney and write a letter that I was told would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. They brought it down after I complained and fired them. The letter was incorrect and incomplete.
