I met the Hoyer brother that lives on 170th in Bay City. It was 85 and hot. My car overheated with my two dogs in the car. While waiting for a ride I walked towards my house. Trying to stay in shade with dogs, Mr Hoyer brother owner could’ve offered me water for my dogs. NOPE. He said without proof”Lady, you’re not letting your dogs pee on my lawn are you?”I was told he was an angry drunk but wow, what an uncaring bastard….
