It's not the 6 weeks to get my daughter's glasses in. I didn't mind I do understand sometimes things don't go as planned. They offered a gift card. I did decline and say it wasn't necessary. I was still just happy getting the glasses well they did eventually send a gift card to my eye dr who called me twice to come get the ups letter with the gift card. I'm an optometrist in Colorado. This company is interesting over the years. 10 years ago fairly decent for West Coast lab. Then a 8ish years ago we can't get anyone to return phone calls, took our money and 2mo+ on getting glasses, finally get ahold of someone there and you can hear industrial grade shredders going non-stop while someone on the phone tells us our stuff will come out of Denver now...except Denver doesn't do some of the things we ordered from them.
