Best Doctor I ever have seen. Dr Hoy is professional and listened to all my concerns. He is very caring and knowledgeable about patients and their care.
Both Dr.Hoy and NP Pamela Cramer are great providers to see, all three of my kids go here and they enjoy seeing both. Very personable and listen to any concerns.
I have been a patient with Dr. Hoy for over 20 years and what happened today was so disappointing. I made an appointment to get an allergy shot. I waited over a half hour and when I went back I couldn’t get the shot because they needed an order from the doctor and blamed me because they didn’t do their due diligence. I’m still wondering why they made me wait. They should have told me when I got there. I just didn’t show up they knew I was coming. Also blaming the patient is just wrong
