Loved the staff today. I was very nervous and they took great care of me. Thank you all.
If Dr Marie Portillo is your doctor I high suggest finding a new establishment. It took her 2 months for her to get back to me for abnormal blood work and I was the one who reached out to her first. During my appointment she’s never really acknowledged my concerns and was talking to a co worker the whole time. After getting my abnormal blood work back and not reaching for 2 months she has a nurse reach out to me instead of herself just to tell me to come back in 6 months when the test can be very easily done now. I am not thrilled with the way I was treated by Dr.Moravec, his surgery scheduler Debbie, and the rest of his team. They are not equipped to treat trans patients. Every UC employee I interacted with was severely compassion fatigued and generally not willing to help and care for me as a patient. This included the OBGYN team and UC financial aid. So many unanswered questions, my daughter hasn't seen any 1 Dr., nobody knows who is actually going to deliver the baby, they said it's urgent she deliver immediately yet keep her waiting for over 5 hours before putting her in a room, and the entire time talk to her and treat her like garbage. I can't call anyone because there's nobody to call.. I recommend going to the local EMS station to deliver your baby before you count on these buncha bozoes. 1 star is way too many!! Google needs to add a negative option.
