I took my baby Armani in for a simple cut. I said don't cut his ears or his tail. I was clear on that. She wrote it down. But it said no ears and no tail, so they cut both. When I went to pick him up I was shocked. Normally before they cute him they call. Just to be sure. That didn't happen. It takes time to grow ears and a tail. I was very angry and upset. I'm still upset a day later.
