Go direct to distributor not from this website Companies like this need to notify there customer when there product is out of stock. This is the second time I’ve had to do work for a customer for free because howling moto did not let me know the parts were out of stock and weren’t going to be in by the promised date. Company also won’t let me refund the product because the order hasn’t gone through yet GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE
They have horrible customer service I ordered a wheelie oil pump on the 13th it said 3-4 business days it would be here it is now the 21st 8 days later it hasn’t even updated to shipped I have emailed twice checked my spam called multiple times and it always goes to voicemail I don’t know how you can run a business like this next time I will definitely try someone completely different
I’m going with 2 stars and that’s for the chimera products I’d give 5/5 but as I sit here with issues with my grom and sit here waiting on a response that’s been over 1 week and change only for them to review a 15 sec video of my bike not being able to hit limiter the first bad review I did I got a call within a hour of the review we kinda fixed it only to have my cam take 2 weeks for delivery that was initially missing from my order having major tuning issues AFTER 1 week waiting for a response I call and the lady tells me ... read more
Ordered a E Ride Pro 2.0 Subframe, shipped very quickly-CA. The subframe is usually $310 on the E Ride Pro site, they only charge $200. Very good deal, highly recommend this business for all your Moto/E-Moto parts. Fantastic experience.
