They’re customer service was great !
This women scammed me. She sent the wrong item and tried to convince me it was right. Luckily these fools added me to their email conversation while attempting to add my order details with the supplier, they admitted it was the wrong item. The promises and story changed after calling them out on it. Spent maybe 5 months waiting on the $150usd refund even if restocking was applied. I only received $28 back. Howling Moto is the place to go for an E-bike! Anthony, the owner, went above and beyond to make the experience seamless, thoughtful, and fun. Jack in service was also amazing. Super personable, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything. Great people, great shop!
