We ordered a travel blanket for our caravan online and are really happy with the product that arrived yesterday.
We used the Howling Moon Star Gazer 2.0 as our home for a year while traveling around Australia with our three kids. After returning, we needed a new fly and some spare parts. We contacted Andre and his team at Howling Moon in November 2023, and since then, one year later, we’ve exchanged around 70 emails and over 20 phone calls but still haven’t received the parts. Ordered a canvas product from them and addressed it to my Australia Post locked box. Never heard from them. Rang up and the guy was like. I'm in the workshop and don't have a computer to look up. Send em an email. No ok I'll take your details and look into it and call you back. Days later I finally get an email to which they reply they can't send to a locked parcel box. I guess they were never going to contact me unless I did. Absolute useless company. I've never heard of such rubbish in my life.
Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought one of their dome tents some years ago, and back then the service was lacking but I got through it as the product was so good. This time round I was after the extension front to the tent and I was punted from Andre the owner, to his salesman who then punted me to someone else to quote me, then I never heard back from them after 2 follow up emails from myself to Andre.
