I'm 46 years old and I've been wearing glasses since i was about 8. Howlett's give me the best customer service I've ever had. Dr Burt is excellent, and really cares about her patients. I'm thoroughly impressed by this business.
Good Exerience and Nice staffs.
Spent a lot of money on new glasses. They did not communicate the level of distortion I would experience with progressive lenses. And I believe my glasses weren't sitting correctly when taking measurements; the person was rushing and not explaining the process to me so I had no time to respond. I now have to tilt my head down to see clearly. And I have eyestrain that gives me headaches!
Dr. Burt is very knowledgeable, professional and sweet. The whole staff made my eye exam and glasses fitting a great experience. I will be back!
