Ernest is very easy to work with. He treats customers with care and respect. He helped me insure my first car and while I was in his office he greeted all his clients with great care! He knows each one of them personally! I 100% recommend Ernest for your insurance needs! He will take out the time to work with you one on one and do what he can to make sure you are taken care of. (Especially if you live in the City of Hattiesburg — he’ll work with you so you’re not paying for crazy overpriced expensive insurance for no reason)
I called requesting a quote for insurance, I was giving the necessary info and it came time to give my DL# I started with the state and then the #, Ernest interrupted me and said I need your DL#, I said "listen to me" again with the state and the #, one more time he interrupted and told me "call the # one more time, no wait, you can get your insurance somewhere else" He hung up on me. So, I called right back and asked what reason he had for cutting me off, because i had a out of state license or he was to stupid to understan... read more
