Can't rate their work, I couldn't even get a quote from the only employee who finally acknowledged me. Piss-poor customer service as I got told to just do it myself (wheel bearing change).
The place isn't fancy but I wasn't looking for a latte lounge. I took my car to repair shops all over town and Bill Howland was the only mechanic who was able to figure out what the problem was and fix it in short order. I haven't taken my car anywhere else in the years since and I send all my friends there. All of them now take their vehicles there as well whenever they need repairs and all have been highly satisfied repeat customers with no complaints. Bottom line ...
