I have been coming here for years. Never again! You do not keep customers by having terrible staff who finds it appropriate to insult their customers. I am not the reason small businesses fail, small businesses fail when they lose lifetime customers such as myself!

Howl is fantastic- when they didn’t carry our dog food they told my husband they would order it. They were so fantastic giving us information about the CBD oil they carry for our Nora (husky/Shepherd) who is recovering from torn CCL surgery in her knee and has had strict rest requirements. Which is really hard for a husky! I believe it’s one of the reasons she has had such an uneventful and quick recovery. We’ve used a combination of the oil and treats.
