I had Jared over today to fix my speed Queen washer that was still under warranty………for the 3rd time and it still is not fixed…….this whole process has been going on for over 5 months….. couldn’t get it apart……sent the wrong thing…need to take the part back to the shop……..terrible service and though it’s under warranty it’s still costing me over $500…if I could give 1/2 a star I would. I had Bill Stephenson today to fix my fridge. Never met the man b/4, but I can tell you, if I ever need an appliance technician again, he's the guy I want! He came in and knew, what he had to do, to get the problem taken care of! Good personality! I never felt he was cutting corners to get the job done! He was very thorough, and cleaned and vacuumed the area he worked around! Guess who I will call again , if I need service again? Thank You, Dick Spanbauer-920-233-2656 [if you need to call]
Technicians are more concerned with selling warranties than fixing your product worst company there is to fix stuff. Had them out for fridge, washer, dish washer, oven...dishwasher leaks the guy basically told me im an idiot and it doesnt leak, well last night it did and it pops open while running. model in store shuts properly mine does not.
Frustrated because washer still not fixed and now I have to wait another week before they can come back out again. Then I'm sure wait for more parts and another apt to hopefully fix. ���� Mom of two boys needs to be able to do laundry at night!!!
