Rude customer service. Elderly woman at the front mishandled my request for jewellery alteration, and screamed at me when she found out she had written in the wrong size. After dealing with this woman I no longer felt confident leaving my jewellery in her hands. After that she actually tracked me down on my personal cell to threaten me!! Nearly became a police issue

I had looked at many other jewellers for something that would work and to no avail, but from my first visit into the shop Chris's expertise and experience was clear. He provided valuable insight into how to incorporate the details I was after and the band he produced is exactly as we had discussed. I am very happy with the service here, and very reasonably priced for the quality of work.
