I called in as my car advised tyre pressure was low. A very obliging young man came out immediately - checked all my tyres and explained why the message appeared and to check the tyre pressure every 2 months. I was so very grateful - service with a willing smile. He was so polite and didn’t make me feel like I was being a nuisance. Service above and beyond!

I met with Mike, after being referred to Howick Tyres & Alignment from a friend who has used them for years, about some concerns I was having with my existing tyres and feeling a loss of traction. I had always bought budget tyres in the past, but I went with his recommendation after his inspection and had a wheel alignment, and all 4 tyres replaced/upgraded which I was hoping would show a slight improvement.
