Terrible insurance company. No different than any other, all they care about is how much money they can make. Bought a house got insurance through them then they hit me with unrealistic deadlines to have things done. When I couldn't afford to do these thing rathers than renegotiate my policy they just dropped me.

Terrible insurance company will do anything they can to refuse to pay on a claim. Stay away!!!
Howick insurance raised my house premium because there was a "break in coverage" during the time I didn't own a home. Of course there was a break because there was nothing to insure. They have completely thrown customer service out of the door trying to get every last penny they can unreasonably think of. Avoid at all costs. They cost more than other providers.
