The veterinarian that works here is a rude extortionist of the elderly and people's charity. Terrible bedside manner. She tries to manipulate the poor at the expense of the animals life. Quoting a job to fix the animal, and knowing they can't afford it, once the person (elderly) obtained the money and because others chipped in to help. She demanded more. Dr. Tina Howerton has been my 2 black Lab's Vetrinarian since they were pups. She has a good sense about her and shows a high level of knowledge from running a sucessful practice. She is a very good vet and I recomend her practice here in lebanon, Missouri to anyone with a pet looking for someone to help take care of him/her.
Howerton took our puppy in for an appointment same day when she was diagnosed with parvo. Carla stayed after hours to treat our puppy with fluids and make sure she was fully ready to be sent home. She was extremely helpful, answering any questions we had and was even more friendly.
