Told the veterinarian the cat has a UTI positive test result from home. The cat is nervous and unwilling to enter the office, veterinarian is not fear-free certified. Asked the veterinarian to provide treatment for the UTI at-home, received a creepy phone call and the phone attendant gave adverse media promises without providing mail-in results if I don't enter the office and might refuse to be giving me a call back about treatment for the cat.
