Very knowledgeable with a sense of caring and well being(Chuck). Since then, miss treated, lied to, mislead, had extra expenses thrown my way. Waiting for information with no return phone calls, rebates not forwarded on to customer, Quoted price then changed when got to dealership. Talking to others, not anyone has had anything good to say. Or you get good luck with that. I will say this that Chuck is likely the best Mercury marine mechanic in Canada.
We just purchased a used boat from Howell's Marine. The boat was far better than they described in every aspect! The team there are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. It was a beautiful, old school transaction!! We miss that kind of service! Thank you so much to Bob, Amy and Dave!
