I wanted to replace 2 boats with one. I had very specific size requirements due to an existing dry boathouse. My initial pick from Howell's was too big so I moved on. Chuck called me 2 weeks later with an alternative which showed me he paid close attention to my needs. I haven't bought anything from Howell's..... Yet! We walked in there to look at a boat, my wife daughter and I. Chuck and Amy were both very kind and sweet. Super sweet. Especially towards my daughter. Chuck was very happy to stay after closing time to walk us through the boat that was in the show room, we sat in it all four of us, he was extremely happy to explain every small detail the manufacturer put into that particular model. First time in today to pick-up parts for a friend, staff was great the the store was beautiful and clean bathrooms lol its a long drive back to my home town.
