It’s been a week since I got my car back and my power steering has worked flawlessly. They were careful and replaced all connected parts after the pump and rack went out. Billy at the front desk let me know in detail which parts I needed and was very knowledgeable about what was done to the car and testing it. Price was the lowest I could have hoped for after doing my research. Thanks for an amazing job!
Recently started using Howell Automotive and could not be happier. Billy and Robby are great and attentive and willing to help. Everything they have done for us has been first class and top notch. I highly recommend them for your automotive repair needs.
Would not at all recommend. My father took his truck to have windshield wipers fixed. They recommended him to have the motor replaced for the wipers which would they would have charged about $1,000. Fortunately my father didn't do it and I found out the problem was not the motor. Also, my mother had her Subaru towed to them in which they fixed the problem. But they also replaced the windshield wiper blades which didn't need to be done and we didn't ask them to. When we got the Subaru back there was a crack in the windshield ... read more
