Great guys who will complete the work needed instead of doing needless replacement of parts which have many miles worth of use still left in them. Have a conversation with them about what you want fixed now and what can wait until later.
I recently brought a used car from William Howell Auto Svc. at 161 Westchester Ave. Seven days later the o2sensor light comes on, the oil pan starts to leak. William told me to take the car to his brothers shop on 4210 Buffalo Rd. Mind you when I brought the car the emergency brake was broken, he said he would fix anything within thirty-days. My husband and I took our truck here to have some work done after being quoted double the cost at Monroe Muffler. They were very honest and fair. I would definitely use them again for any work I need done.
We have had our SUV serviced here 2x and that will be the last. Ripped off both times . The help is incompentent ,way to young to be doing that kind of service. The owner/ owners are constantly bickering and you never know who to believe. Not Going there again!!!!!!!!!1 We tried Donnelly Auto in north chili and loved the shop. Mike and Bob are Great. Want a great auto service experience fair price and same day service. This is the place to go The Dalba Family
