I've taken my daughter's here to shop a few times now. Every time has been a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Lynn, the owner helped my daughter find a nice pair of boots, she took the time to measure her feet and explain a few things to us . The last time we were there we bought the wrong size sweatshirt , they ended up ordering the correct size for us and then shipped it to our house since we live about an hour away. Top notch customer service, loved getting fit for boots by Courtney. I was Immediately greeted by Danny & he asked my name. I was just talking with my husband the day before about how customer service is no longer a thing anymore. Excellent selection of boots - both practical and fancy. Super helpful staff that know their stuff and want you to pick the right product. (Including waking around in potential boots for a long time, and trying them on with different clothes when you need something dressy.)
Lynn and her whole team will take the very best care of you and or your family when you are at Howell Western Wear. The entire staff is very knowledgeable of all their product lines in house. Don't worry if you need a special order, they can facilitate that too! Higher end of the best products, but don't fret. You and your feet are so worth it! Stop by and give them a chance. Great little shop with a large inventory! I haven't had a good quality pair of boots in a long time, but when I went in and started looking they not only professionally fitted me but found a product that was exactly what I wanted (when even I walked in not knowing exactly what that was). Drove over from Lansing and it was absolutely worth it.
