WOW! I've never even been to the store because I ordered my boots through their website, but this place is AWESOME! So awesome I literally immediately searched to leave a positive review for them. I have to say that this was one of the most simple, kind and pleasant transactions I've ever had. The women (who answered phone and manager) that worked this morning (10/23/24), were AMAZING! Just so willing to help and nice. I'm definitely a customer for life! Keep shining ladies - you are so appreciated!

Today was my first trip to Howell Western Wear, it was nothing but pleasant! The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and happy to help. I’ve never been fitted for boots. They helped me find the perfect pair and even was fitted for orthotic inserts. The service was amazing and I will continue to make the 45 minute drive. I can’t wait to come back! My husband and I visited the store for the first time a few days ago to get our 7 year old daughter a new pair of boots for Christmas. All of the employees were super helpful and very friendly! They helped us choose the perfect boots for our daughter who likes to wear them daily, away from the barn, but also needs them for riding. I can’t wait to see her face on Christmas morning! We will definitely be back!
