I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. The two doctors, who appear to work as a couple, came across as rude and unprofessional during our visit. Their communication was abrupt, and when my daughter tried to explain her concerns, she was made to feel uncomfortable and dismissed. the worst doctor duo in monmouth county. most miserable two humans ive met. very obvious how their marriage at home reflects their frustration and dissmissive behavior towards their patients. ive heard so many horror stories about these so called “doctors”.
I had multiple concerning experiences with Dr. Agrawal and his wife. I reported multiple documented episodes of my heart rate reaching 200 bpm and was told this was “impossible,” without further evaluation or discussion of monitoring options. Dismissing objective data rather than investigating it felt inappropriate and invalidating. I was also told that it is not possible to experience sinus pain and a sore throat at the same time, which contradicts common presentations of upper respiratory and sinus conditions. Dr. Neil was my primary care for my entire childhood and most of my young adult life. Lacks bedside manners, very rude about personal details and dismissive of mental health issues and extremely fat phobic. After over a decade, he passed me off to his wifes patient list without my consent or knowledge, she was equally as bad an unprofessional in all the same ways. The first doctor I have ever "fired". You deserve respect and quality care.
Personally the doctor I had said it was impossible for me to feel pain in my leg. I ended up in the ER and they apologized to me for how I was treated by this doctor. The doctor I saw is always on her laptop and her only response was, hm, ok, I see. RETIRE already if you hate your job so much.
