Black Swan is amazing. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help with scheduling and the deals/sales are fantastics as well. Tami, the manager, is so professional and friendly. She and Holly never try to sell products for the sake of selling. Over the years, I have come to trust their opinions and their ideas because their ideas always work. I LOVE BLACK SWAN!...THE STAFF ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER COME ACROSS. JAMIE IS GREAT ABOUT DISCUSSING WITH YOU WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE CHANGED AND WORKING WITH YOU TO GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT. SHE IS CAREFUL AND THOUGHTFUL NOT TO OVERDO, CONSIDERATE OF YOUR LIMITS FINANCIALLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE WORK SHE DOES. I accidently came across these reviews and wanted to share my experience. I have been going to The Black Swan for 2 years now. First for laser hair removal, then a year and a half ago I started with botox (once every 4 to 6 months). OK so a "friend" of mine took me to the Black Swan for Botox, she swore by the place and I had never had Botox done before so I went with what she said. On my first visit Stacie used the Lanocaine to numb my forehead and then she started to inject me with Botox, well within seconds I was asking what is that running down my face into my eye and down my nose, she said it was just probably excess Botox!!!!!!! OBVIOUSLY the person writing the previous review works at the Black Swan or is the owner... BUTCHER AT BLACK SWAN Just to preface…I do have a point of reference having had these same treatments performed prior to the Black Swan Spa, the only difference being, the prior treatments were administered by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in New York. What a pleasure it was to visit The Black Swan Spa! The place is classy, the staff is knowledgable and friendly, my procedures were done with care. I didn't know you could find a place like this in Hernando County! I had Botox & Juvederm done and feel 10 years younger! I'm going back to get my teeth whitened. Definately check it out!
