I have used Howell Mechanical in the past with nothing but great experiences. Most recently this past week they assisted me with the installation of a battery powered backup sump pump and the process could not have been smoother from beginning to end. Our central AC unit was not cooling at all. The compressor was not starting, a serious issue that can sometimes require a completely new AC unit because replacing a bad compressor can be up to 3/4 of the units cost. Jay from Howell Mechanical came out and very quickly determined the compressor was okay which was a massive relief to us. Kyle and Cory came to replace a old floor trap that was causing my sewer to back up. They where polite efficient and got the job done even Grade A concrete job for only being plumbers 10/10 nothing bad to say about this company thanks again
Had issues with my boiler and had to make it after our service call there was some miscommunication and they came back a second time this resulted in over $700 in billing for less than 10 minutes of total work. I would never use this company again, making money off Manitobans in -40 weather isn’t how I would choose to build my business poor service and eye gouging pricing .try literally anyone else
