My first impression of this location was that I could not get through to anyone on the phone for 45 minutes because they forgot to unforward their phone lines after lunch. I just want to say I was truly disappointed in how this place of counseling is setup. Mr. Mark Howell was one of the locationsreferred to me by my insurancecompany, and I chose it becausethey promote Christian counseling services. It seems the main objective is just about securing payment multiple ways from incoming patients though. This was a big turn off... read more
