Bill Ryan is the quintessential protype of the Tradesman that everyone wants, but often don't receive. The Man clearly knows how to run a business, establishing trust and confidence, sense of urgency, rapid diagnostics, quick repair at a fair price. He takes the time to explain, in detail what the issue was and how it was remedied. I've had 2 young guys at my house for the past 2 days removing/installing the furnace and AC unit. They were long days, about 15hrs total, and they were so respectful, so clean with their work and didn't even leave a speck of dust behind either day. This was the first time using this company and I HIGHLY recommend them!

These guys were fantastic. They came out same day and fixed my AC quickly. They didn’t try to upsell, just told me the problem and fixed it. I opted for their yearly service contract but they weren’t pushy with it. I would highly recommend. They were professional and gave me a lightning fast service call during a pretty bad heat wave.

When it was time to replace our old and inefficient central air conditioning, we got several estimates and chose Howell Heating and Cooling. Bill Ryan and his team were polite, efficient, on budget and on time…qualities that indicate professionalism to me.
