I am coming on here to give a glowing review of two therapists that I have worked with at Krupnick Counseling; Sabrina Manzo and Dina Huber. I work in the medical field and found the scheduling and required paperwork to be standard. The scheduling staff has been super responsive and always kind. The office policies and fees are also standard. I would highly recommend this practice. They work with my Kaiser insurance as well as my kids Aetna insurance.
Had a tough time initially figuring out the outreach forms and necessary paperwork. Honestly, I had a productive time with the therapist I was working with, but to no fault of the company, he passed away. As I was already in a very tough place, that was devastating to hear. While I am certainly sure that folks meant well, I found that the immediate push to get me rescheduled and the forced resigning of everything made me feel like the company was more worried about losing my money, than how this may have affected me. I had a work situation where I had to cancel my appointment at 20 hours before. They kindly rescheduled and during the second appointment that was rescheduled I had to cancel due to a family member that was hospitalized. They proceeded to charge me a full price visit after a serious family emergency. I never write reviews but this has caused a great deal of stress for therapy that is actually supposed to help mental health problems. I would 100% recommend taking your counseling needs to another place.
I love it and when I get to talk to the front desk and the room are so clean I love it 10/10
