My experience with Dr. Howell was very good, actually he surprisingly exceeded my expectations of the amount of time he spent with respect to my medical concern. I notice many google users here are referring to complaints regarding medication. Missouri laws changed in the last decade in respect to controlled substances and insurance requirements for dispenseries and medical practices etc,. Dr David Howell has been my doctor for over 17 years and he is awesome. His New Office Staff is very kind and considerate and everytime I go in my wait time for the appointment is within just 5 minutes of my arrival time! Cannot ask for a better Doctor! Thank you Dr Howell for always being such a great listener as well.
I’m writing this today because of a pattern I’ve seen in this doctor. I want other people to know it isn’t just them. Today my mom came to visit me and shared a story about Dr. Howell’s behavior in response to her concern about her symptoms. She is on blood pressure medication, and shared her concerns about the symptoms with him. No nurses in the office. Admin staff is very rude and unprofessional. Very difficult to reach due to limited hours.
