Howell Construction just completed a major remodel at my home in Covington. The price for windows, doors, sheet rock and painting was extremely fair. More importantly, when the work was finished, everything that they touched looked perfect. I have worked with other contractors in the past and I have rarely seen the attention to detail provided by Howell Construction.
