A real review from a real customer I'm a veteran home builder in the FNSB and have had Bud Howell construction install all my septic systems over the last 15 years and have never once had a system fail or have I been disappointed with the workmanship or price. Bud is a classic example of the older way of doing business. Keeping his word and not screwing you over with the higher prices of some of the other places in town. BEWARE!!! As the other reviewer said, this man is rude and confrontational. As I live 3,000 miles from the house he was hired to service, I was trusting that he would live up to his word. Not only did he not provide the services he charged me for, when I called to discuss the matter, he yelled and hung up on me! BEWARE!
Bud Howell Construction is a fradulent company Do not hire Bud Howell to do any work for you! Though he claims to provide certified systems with 5 year warranties he will not provide documentation of the construction, the Alaska required photographs of work and diagrams. He does not provide contracts for work and even asked me if he could dump dirt in the neighbor's yard, "because he probably won't notice anyway" rather than properly grade and dispose of fill.
