This is our second project with Caleb and his crew. First one was new windows for the house. It was a challenging project with some unique sized windows and it turned out wonderfully. Most recently we had our basement finished. Added a full bathroom, family room, and a bedroom. It’s beautiful and our family loves it. We hired Howell for our basement finish project with the expectation that our project would be managed professionally and completed in a timely manner. As the homeowners, we originally intended to manage the project ourselves and hired Howell for carpentry work. While we had no problems coordinating the trades we managed directly, Howell eventually assumed more of a general contractor role, with Caleb recommending bringing certain subcontractors under his management. After being ghosted and over quoted by a bunch of the competition we found Howell. They came in gave us a fair quote, did the work when they said they would for the price they quoted And did a wonderful job. Very happy, highly recommended.
Excellent service and experience on our upstairs bathroom remodel. The project was a full gut and start over including all new plumbing and electrical. Caleb coordinated all of the sub-contractors and the whole project was stress free. The crews were always professional and thorough. Highly recommend and we'll use them again for future projects!
