The owner of this shop deserves a -5 rating for customer service. Today he told me “There are several other bike shops in the area for you to go to…” after I questioned him about the call he did not give me on my repair. The shop is closed on the weekend and I will be going on vacation without my bike that I dropped off on Tuesday! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give this place the opportunity to upset you as he upset me! I’ve been there a number of times and there is a reason that the place is always empty.
I came in looking for my first helmet to get a motorcycle and the guy shown me on that would work best to later find out the helmet was a piece . So when I tried to take it back because I was told I have 30 days to return it they said they can’t do it . Then when my family tried to get more information on the situation he was rude and disrespectful. The takes advantage of people to make a quick sale off his junk now I’m stuck with a crap helmet and also over charged for it he couldn’t even sell me it in the correct box .
I restore lots of old motorcycles, so it was nice to have a helpful shop close by for the things I needed. Used to buy all my fluids, accessories, gear, OEM parts, etc. from them. Called today to inquire about getting my tires mounted in my new dirt bike wheels and the service guy on the phone said, “what did you get some cheap Chinese rims installed or something” and “there’s too many factors to quote something like that over the phone” and was told to call somewhere else, stated they’re too busy. Been coming here for years to get bicycle repairs and have had nothing but great experiences. Matt and Jim are awesome and are always giving me a good deal. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY HAVE A "NO RETURN" POLICY. IF THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH WHAT YOU BOUGHT, TOO BAD
