I restore lots of old motorcycles, so it was nice to have a helpful shop close by for the things I needed. Used to buy all my fluids, accessories, gear, OEM parts, etc. from them. Called today to inquire about getting my tires mounted in my new dirt bike wheels and the service guy on the phone said, “what did you get some cheap Chinese rims installed or something” and “there’s too many factors to quote something like that over the phone” and was told to call somewhere else, stated they’re too busy. Been coming here for years to get bicycle repairs and have had nothing but great experiences. Matt and Jim are awesome and are always giving me a good deal. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY HAVE A "NO RETURN" POLICY. IF THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH WHAT YOU BOUGHT, TOO BAD
On the phone service said bring it in. On arrival I walked through the store, to service. Then was told by store manager, NO we don't do that type of service, only on bikes sold here. Good luck he said. Worst customer service I have had ANYWHERE. No wonder the parking lot was EMPTY.
Friendly owner helped me and repaired my mountain bike, faster than expected. Glad to have a shop in town that does this kind of work.
