This place has been sending me automated emails about "compliance" which have nothing to do with me, yet they continue to threaten me with escalation. I've responded multiple times and they don't reply. Seems like they have something wrong with their systems, but their harassment needs to stop.
Totally unprofessional. They don't seem knowledgable and poor communication. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

These guys are experts in ecommerce compliance. They help small and large brands protect their business from unapproved resellers, and shady sellers who are gaming the system to sell counterfeit products, knock-offs and grey market product on eBay, Amazon, etc. The prior review was likely one of those. This is a veteran-owned company and these guys have integrity.
