I have always been so impressed with the scheduling process. Everyone working there does their j well.
I really wanted to like this place. They were amazing at first but after we had a procedure that didnt take we have had nothing but constant problems with them. We have been waiting on insurance to approve a different procedure for over a month now. Everytime I call i get told something different. Today I got told that nothing has even been sent to insurance. Before that we were having trouble getting our papers sent for insurance to approve.
