Iain and David have provided solid tax guidance at a fair price. I have been impressed by both how efficiently they get our returns done and how thoroughly they address any tax questions I have. They clearly like this stuff, which is kind of weird lol, but I'm grateful for them!
Update: This company has illegally sold my personal information to a "collection agency" Beware- this company is a scam!!! 1. They provide no up front information on what they charge 2. This company is a scam and does not provide realistic tax prep services. They tried to charge over $800 to give me bad tax information which I had to call the IRS myself to deal with and also wanted me to do all of the tax return work for them to only submit it to the IRS. Beware- these guys are nothing short of scam artist. You'd be better off with a Nigerian prince doing your taxes.
Highly recommend Howe Romero for all your CPA needs. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to understand your business, your goals and educate you on your options. As a small business owner and investor, I have found their expertise to be invaluable. If you are looking for a firm that acts more as a partner, than just a service provider, then this is the firm for you.
Wouldn't recommend Iain as a CPA. I took a 20 minute call with him to see if he'd be a good fit for my taxes as a recommendation from a friend. Didn't fit my needs and I figured our work was done. After no follow-up or needs from me, 5 months later he sent me a surprise invoice for his "time". Never was this mentioned throughout our time together on the call and never would I have agreed to it. Unfortunate...
