Customer follow-up would be nice. We are going on months of issues not being resolved and I only get anywhere when I hound them. Great at getting sales; horrible at delivery and customer service.

I think other company's should be more like Howe Lumber. Great people ,family people . We have 2 great designers In our kitchen and Bath . We have great inside and outside sales people . We are owned and run by Women . We are also a one stop shop for all your building needs . We always give back to our customers .that's what makes Howe Lumber a all around great company . Ps our drivers and warehouse people are what keep us running . To be one of the best company's in Massachusetts.
