First of all THANK YOU. Im pretty sure this guy sniffed out the issue. I believe his name was keith. Worth their salt in experience and willingness to help. I mean the time it took.. was NOTHING compared to other places. Less than a 10 minute diagnostic, had the part and had it running smooth within 10 of that. Thank you Kyle and kelsey for getting me scheduled so quick and working with my schedule!!
Christian and Shamir installed an HVAC system for us on Monday. Both seemed to work efficiently and with knowledge of the unit. Very respectful of us and our home. 😊
We woke up to our home being 54 degrees! We called Howe Heating & Cooling. An hour later Jared showed up. An hour later our unit was working perfectly! Jared diagnosed our issues, explained thoroughly the problems, and fixed our unit. He replaced our capacitor & transformer & repaired some breaker connections. We have lived here 36 years, and this is the best AC/Heating experience ever.
Oil furnace stopped working and two friends recommended Howe. They were out within a few hours and got the heat blasting again at a reasonable price.
Excellent, professional, timely service. I called on a Sunday (during snow storm) and received a call back within a few minutes from an experienced technician! That same professional came to my home Monday (despite the snow emergencies in many counties) and fixed the issue. The charge was very reasonable. Howe Heating and Cooling is now my provider for HVAC.
