Have used them for several years now. Personable or not, ESA inspectors come in, ask who did the work; I tell them Howe, they smile, drop a sticker and leave. Always quality work. Always honest pricing. Never afraid to tackle a challenging request or answer my annoying questions.
Dudes none responsive to questions asked... Guess having minimal competition allows people like this to stay in business! Would do horrible in larger cities. Not personable at all
