Facility at UF was wonderful vet tech was very nice Dr howe needs a lesson in bed side manners .He was not pleasant on the verge of Rude and while the other vet on another case was super nice to her patient I prob would not return. I called to voice my opinion but office manager doesnt return calls
First time here. Excellent overall. They got us in the next morning and my little conure is doing so much better. Improving every day. Thank you Dr and staff. Kudos.
Dr. Howe is the most compassionate vet I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. He spent time with Judy and I on Friday, oct. 9 discussing Stumper’s severe problem before putting him down. There was no rush and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him.
