Crack your teeth on purpose. **Update/Response** No, this is 100% the correct dental office. Your dental hygienists are very poorly trained. You are also that unprofessional woman who needs help yourself. “Very aggressive and looks like they try to crack your teeth on purpose when cleaning it. Probably so that they can justify doing more work. Never in my life have I gone to a dentist that scrapes your teeth so hard, you hear non-stop clanking noises. Be careful.”
What a fantastic place! I was in Vancouver for work and had a dental emergency that needed attending to. I walked in at 9.30am having made no prior phone call, explained my issue, and the excellent staff on reception quickly gave me some paperwork to fill in and arranged for a dentist to see me. Within 45 minutes I had been treated and the problem fixed, for a very reasonable cost. Everyone I met was terrific!
Got an examination and a filling. I felt rushed throughout the filling session and after 5 days, I still feel a lot of pain (more than before I got the filling) and my bite feels uneven. The filling is too tall and causes discomfort when I chew due to mismatched heights.
I visited this clinic last week and gave them my insurance information. One of the receptionists (a lady I don’t know her name) had no idea how to handle insurance. She submitted a claim to my insurance, but then told me I had to pay because my insurance wouldn’t cover it and had rejected the claim! It’s unbelievable because I checked my insurance through the phone app, and it showed that they had already reimbursed the clinic! They charged me twice.
