I came here last night with 3 friends and it was the worst "haunted" attraction any of us have ever been to. first of all, social distancing doesn't exist here at all, I'd be surprised if someone ends up with covid after being here. secondly, there were only like 10 actors in total throughout the whole hour tour. there was even a post on your page saying you were short on actors. we paid a lot of money and drove 2 hours each way to come here. We are not even sure how to respond because this complaint is so out there. Above all else, social distancing is YOUR responsibility. The only places where you are with others is in the Main Lodge; where YOU are responsible for maintaining your distance. The other spot, is on the boat ride which is completely OPTIONAL. RecommendedMy husband and I got married here 23 years ago both of us love Caverns. I have been here several times this was the first time for Haunted Caves it was pretty cool. I think they could use a few more creatures but with COVID felt safe
my husband and I came over the weekend and the view is amazing the people are very nice and friendly and the cave was amazing me and my husband well be back

my husband and I did the howe scary tour for our 1 year wedding anniversary (early celebration) as we had gotten married there last October. It was absolutely amazing and hoping it continues to happen every year as we definitely will be back!
The actors never break character! perfect amount of spooky and scary. We treated our bride to be to this event and she absolutely loved it. There is a fog machine and strobe lights, some areas aren't too lit up but thats part of it, its easy to follow. Definitely recommend, worth the money.

Took the kids years ago and went with my husband recently. Fun and educational, but forgot how cold it was down there - bundle up!
