DO NOT GO HERE. I have had one of the worst customer experiences of my life dealing with this team. Albert the mechanic is nice, and tried his best. But after taking about a week to even look at my car, the saga continued. He then told me it's the battery, which was replaced. He then told me it's the thermostat and tension belt and so I spent weeks trying to get a clear itemised quote from Howes, for my warranty company from a VERY unhelpful woman named Deb.
