First time I took my car in to Howe’s Automotive. On the phone, the manager was patiently friendly with my inquiries and various questions. The oil change and service was far cheaper than my previous mechanic. Thank you Albert and team!

I was travelling to Daylesford and had some car troubles along the way. I pulled up to Howe Automotive and explained the situation, and Albert came out straight away. He took my car for a test drive to make sure it was safe and reassured me that I could come back if I had any more issues. He was so helpful during a really stressful moment—I’m incredibly thankful and appreciative of his time and kindness!
Albert and the team saved my day! When my car broke down after visiting from Melbourne he made it a priority to get the issue fixed so we could get back home. And they had the best customer service!
